📦 Returns & Refunds Policy
At Very Stagey, we pride ourselves on creating fabulous, high-quality products for fellow theatre lovers. That said, we understand things don’t always go to plan. Here’s everything you need to know about our returns and refunds.
🖼️ Physical Products (Posters, Prints & Merch)
We only offer returns or refunds if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or significantly different from what you ordered.
To request a refund:
- Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Include clear photos of the damage/fault, your order number, and a brief description.
- If your claim is approved, we’ll either replace the item or offer a full refund—your choice.
Please note:
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing choices, or if the item doesn’t suit your space.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging (where applicable) if returned.
📱 Digital Products (Show Tracker App & Software)
Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds on our app, subscriptions, or any related software.
Once purchased or downloaded, all sales are final. This includes (but isn’t limited to) in-app purchases, upgrades, or premium content.
If you experience any technical difficulties, bugs, or have questions about the app, our team is here to help—just reach out to us and we’ll do our best to get things back on track faster than a blackout change in Act 2.
